Cross Train to Reach Goals Faster

Cross training is typically defined as an exercise regimen that uses several modes of training to develop a specific component of fitness, which helps you reach goals more quickly. Cross training includes to train (a worker, athlete, etc.) to be proficient at different, usually related, skills, tasks, jobs, etc.  A company or organization that teaches your employees the skills and responsibilities of another position increase their effectiveness.   How does that relate to personal development and growth goals?  A cross training program for personal growth provides the tools to increase resilience to stress and maximize productivity.
